Agreement

By accessing fullbook.co, creating an account, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

fullbook provides CRM, marketing automation, and related tools for local service businesses. Features vary by subscription plan. We may update features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure
• You must comply with applicable laws (including TCPA/CAN-SPAM for messaging you send)
• You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or resell without agreement

Billing and trials

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refund terms are stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
