fullbook (“we”, “us”) provides CRM and marketing software for local service businesses. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our public website, use free tools, or create an account on the platform.

- Account and billing information when you sign up for a paid plan
- Usage data, cookies, and device information needed to operate and secure the service
- Customer data you upload to the CRM as a business user (you control this data)
How we use information
We use personal information to provide the service, respond to support requests, send product and marketing communications (with your consent where required), improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Authenticated customers can submit GDPR export and deletion requests under Settings → Privacy after logging in.
